Hi - DirecTV tells me we are registered as an MDU (multi dwelling unit). Since this is the case, they cannot send someone to fix the dish. They said that the association is supposed to have this contact info. They gave me a phone # that YPM can call to request that we are no longer listed as an MDU - 888-342-7288. Is there any way this can be done? Or at least is there any way you can verify whether we are, or are not listed as an MDU?
Based on your email it sounds like we are not, but everyone on their end is saying we are. I keep getting bounced back and forth and all I'm looking for is someone who can fix my satellite tv.
